Russ works with both buyers and sellers of real estate in the mid-coast Maine area. After spending 18 years in the field of Human Services, Russ managed his own contracting business, building quality houses and doing remodeling work throughout central Maine. His background in construction provides him with first hand knowledge of quality construction and mechanical systems along with the ability to recognize whether or not these qualities exist in a home. His ability to listen carefully to others' needs and concerns and to translate those into a custom made action plan has been a boon to his buyer and seller clients. Managing that plan with the utmost care is his finishing touch. Russ has served as a school board member for the SAD 3 school district. Currently he holds a Broker's license. He and his wife Cindy raised two children in their home in Brooks and now enjoy weekends at camp reading and watching fish rise.
