A Maine native, Jim has lived in the Mid-Coast Region for the past 35 years and has an intimate knowledge of the coast from Boothbay to Castine. As a sailor, Jim has seen much of the coast from the water side as well as the shore side, and as such has a special affinity for waterfront properties
Professional Experience
Jim has been a “Top Producer” for the Rockland office and represents both buyers and sellers of land, residences, multi-family units and commercial properties. His experience as a two-term member of the Rockport Planning Board, steward for the Coastal Mountains Land Trust and member of the Rockport Conservation Commission have enhanced this sensitivity to the hills, lakes and blueberry barrens that characterize the Mid-Coast.
